Our TURFFIT Root zone is a sandy/loam soil mix which you should use to finish an area for turfing or seeding. A fine textured sandy loam topsoil with organic content, loose consistency and granular structure. This soil has good surface drainage and low water holding capacity.

Complies with Multipurpose Grade of the British Standard for Topsoil (BS 3882:2015)

The perfect soil for use prior to turfing to such an extent that this is the soil that our installation team uses before turfing.

You can rest assured that there are definitely no recycled materials or by-products added to any of our soils!
