Product Description

TURFFIT Spring and Summer Lawn Fertiliser will help strengthen your lawn and improve its colour

Our product is a premium mini granule fertiliser for a fine and healthy lawn.  Our Spring and Summer Lawn Fertiliser is the result of years of experience and what we use ourselves. Turffit premium lawn feed has been specially formulated by us to give adequate nutrition to your lawn. This will maintain its strength and appearance throughout the growing season. We have formulated this product as a balanced complex mini granule. You will find that we have made the product easy to apply, which makes plant scorch unlikely. Monthly applications of the product will help to reduce plant stress. The iron content ensures a rich green colour while magnesium along with potassium ensures good cell structure within the plant. This allows maximum chlorophyll production. You can apply this product through most proprietary lawn fertiliser spreaders. Please read the manufacturer’s instructions for appropriate settings. You should apply this product at a rate of  50g/m². A lawn treated with Spring and Summer Lawn Fertiliser will be more resistant to weeds and able to cope with the changing climate.  Read our top tips for lawn care during the year

Additional Tips for Using Turffit Spring and Summer Fertiliser

To ensure the best results from TURFFIT Spring and Summer Lawn Fertiliser, follow these additional recommendations:

Optimal Growing Season Use:

  • Apply the fertiliser during the growing season (March to September) at 4- to 6-week intervals.
  •  This schedule supports healthy root development and dense, lush grass growth.

Prepare Your Lawn:

  • Mow the lawn before applying the fertiliser. This ensures better contact between the granules and the soil, allowing grass roots to absorb nutrients more effectively.
  • Avoid applying fertiliser to dry soil.
  • Water the lawn a few days beforehand to improve the uptake of nutrients.

Weed Control:

  • Address weed issues prior to fertilising. Weeds can compete with grass for nutrients and weaken your lawn by disrupting the soil.

Shared Formulation Benefits:

  • Like our Autumn/Winter Fertiliser, this product features a balanced complex mini granule to deliver consistent nutrition.

By incorporating these steps, you’ll maximize the benefits of Turffit Spring and Summer Fertiliser, ensuring a greener, healthier lawn throughout the growing season.
