  Well here I am one year later and the grass is terrible, full of crabgrass, unwanted weeds and other unsightly grasses. I now have a grass company in trying to sort it. Forget the expense and hard work of laying a new lawn and get someone in to sort your old lawn as I’ve learned the hard way.
