Stewart, Installation Sales Manager, gives you his best tip for laying turf in the summer months.
"When laying turf during the summer, ensure that you keep the turf well watered to enable the roots to establish the turf on the new soil. The way to check that the turf is suitably watered is to lift up the roll and if it is dry underneath continue watering until the soil is wet. This build up the root system, ensuring your lawn establishes itself quickly and does not dry out due to the hot weather."
