Q Do you have a minimum order?
A No, you can order any quantity of any of the products on this site.

Q Can I specify a time for my pallet delivery?
A You can specify A.M or P.M for an extra £10.00 plus VAT, this has a 98% success rate.

Q Does the price include VAT?
A Prices quoted are always fully inclusive of VAT and there are no nasty hidden extras.

Q How much notice do I need to give for delivery?
A As long as your order is received before 12:00 on a working day, your order can be with you the following day. Unlike other turf growers, we don't charge you extra for delivering your turf when you want. 

Q Do you deliver to where I live?
A If your postcode does not register on our delivery calculator, please call the office on 01592 869 000 to enquire about delivery. We have delivered turf to Shetland and some of the most remote areas of the UK, but this must be priced on request.

Q Do you provide a laying service?
A We do, you can request a turf laying quote through our website or by phone on 01592 869 000. Our experienced teams work throughout Scotland on small garden lawns to areas up to 20,000m2. Learn more about turf installation.

Q How is the turf delivered?
A For the majority of our pallet deliveries we use the Palletline network. Their trucks deliver to the kerbside only, using a taillift offload. All of the deliveries through this method are 24hr only. This means the turf arrives having been cut little more than 24 hours earlier, ensuring that you recieve the highest quality product.

Q Do I have to be home when the delivery is made?
A It can be arranged for the delivery to be left without a signature, we would need prior notice of this. Please include this in the delivery notes on the checkout.

Q What do I do with the pallet?
A Our haulier does not collect pallets, so we ask our customers to dispose of the pallet safely. Some of our pallets come with a refundable £5 deposit if you return the pallet fully intact with receipt.
